FAQs

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and won’t become heavy should it get wet. Shorts, yoga pants, t-shirts and bathing suits are all appropriate but it really comes down to personal preference.

We recommend wearing either water shoes or flip flops to protect your feet from sharp shells and stones on the beach. They can be taken off and secured once you’re on your paddleboard.

    Hats and sunglasses are optional.

And don’t forget to apply reef safe sunscreen prior to class!

  • - Reusable water bottle
    - Towel
    - Change of clothes

A reusable water bottle can be secured under the straps of your paddleboard. You’ll appreciate the opportunity to rehydrate especially on warmer days.

Expect to get a little wet while on your paddleboard or very wet if you take a refreshing dip in the water, though it happens less often than you might think. Leave a towel and a change of clothes in your car, just in case!

We encourage you to leave your phone in your locked car as this is your time to unplug for 90 minutes! However, if you need to bring it on board, we recommend using a waterproof phone case and a dry bag for protection.

  • Group classes, semi-private lessons, and private lessons will only take place with Mother Nature’s blessing, as your safety is our top priority. If we determine that weather or water conditions are unfavorable, we reserve the right to cancel a session up to two hours before the scheduled start time.

If we cancel a class, you will have the option to apply your existing payment to a future class or request a refund.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund or credit towards a future class, subject to availability.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit towards a future class in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class are not eligible to receive a refund or credit towards a future class.

No shows are not eligible to receive a refund or credit towards a future class.

  • We require all students to register for class in advance.

Registration will close two hours prior to the start of class.

  • No problem! Once you launch into the water, you can either sit or kneel as you paddle away from the shore. You can continue to sit or kneel as you paddle to our anchor spot or stand up and paddle if you feel comfortable doing so.

One of the beautiful things about yoga is how deeply you listen to your body and move at your own pace. If there are standing postures being introduced that you don’t feel comfortable with, we’ll offer modifications to ensure you feel good exactly where you are.

There is no pressure or judgement in yoga - come just as you are!
